Personalization Color Choice

The benefit of the Exodus newsletter is the available space to personalize it beyond just contact information. It turns the newsletter into a platform to share yourself, share your knowledge and become family. You have the choice of either 2 Color or 4 Color personalization. The examples below give a brief overview of these two options.

2 Color Personalization

The 2 Color and 4 Color personalization options share the same layout. The Masthead (or title) of the newsletter, the left column on the 1st page and the bottom half of the back page (about 30% of the whole newsletter) is typically printed in Black & White as shown here.

4 Color Personalization

The 2 Color and 4 Color personalization options share the same layout. When you opt for the 4 Color personalization, the Masthead (or title) of the newsletter, front left column and the bottom half of the back page, can be printed in 4 Color. 4 Color personalization gives you the option to write your own front page article rather than use what we provide. This isn’t a requirement but rather an option that’s always availble with the check of a box on your personalization dashboard.
The 4 Color option makes almost 50% of the newsletter available for personalization. Utilizing 4 Color adds $59.00 per issue regardless of how many pieces are mailed.
Switching from 4 Color to 2 Color and back can be done at any time.

Anyone who says newsletters don’t work, yes they do. All you have to do is put yourself in front of them, say Hi, share your knowledge and yourself”, and that’s exactly what this newsletter does. For example, I hadn’t talked to one particular client since 2013 when I signed up with Exodus in February of 2020 and began sending him a newsletter every month. He called me in March and I did a refinance for him and he provided me with referrals. Those referrals turned into four more transactions! Change Of Address Service

Mailing list accuracy is paramount. By utilizing our Change Of Address Service, your mailing list will be accurate within 2 weeks of the Post Office’s records. The COA Service is used to compare your mailing list against the United States Postal Services – Change of Address database and returns to us a new address along with the month and year that the move occurred. It requires that the initial address is correct and that the addressee submitted a Change of Address / Mail Forwarding Request with their local post office.

All mailing address lists associated with an account that is made inactive due to cancellation by either the end user or Exodus Marketing are deleted and are no longer available to us or anyone else.

In the event that a mailing address list contains any additional information not necessary for the delivery of newsletters through the United States Postal Service is stripped and destroyed.

Sphere of Influence / Database Size

The amount of records in your client database determines the number of newsletters printed, not including any Extras you decide to add to the overall total.
Extras are the number of newsletters you request to be printed and shipped directly to you in addition to what we mail to your client database.

 

Total Postage

Postage is fixed at .39 cents per mailed newsletter and is calculated as database size x .39

Total Newsletter Price

The Total Newsletter Price is the Database size + Extras multiplied by the Price Per Piece.

Newsletter Price Per Piece

The pricing matrix to the right shows that as the number of newsletters goes up, the price per piece goes down. In other words, the discounts are built into the system.

As you create your quote, the pricing will include the discount based on the total amount of newsletters in your database, in addition to any Extras you add.

With 100 newsletters mailed directly to your client base, plus 25 Extras shipped directly to you, the total newsletter qty comes to 125.

From 100 to 149 newsletters the Price Per Piece is .82 cents.

As your market share grows and it reaches each pricing level, the Price Per Piece discount is automatically applied.
